Our service team covers regular maintenance of your machine, and in the unlikely event of something going wrong, they ensure a quick diagnosis and restoration of functionality.

Staff Trainings

Training for Operating Staff

This training introduces your staff to the basics of the machine and enables them to perform standard tasks. This includes all tasks that need to be carried out by the operator on a regular basis, such as machine setup, measurement of laser power, gas replacement as well as a safety instruction, and an instruction on the setup of the software and operation of the system.

Training for Maintenance Staff

This intensive training equips your maintenance staff with expert knowledge on how to operate the machine. This training enables your staff to install new engraving marks, inspect and adjust the laser system, and replace the gas cylinders.

Maintenance Agreements Make Running Costs Caluable

In order to make the running costs of a laser engraving machine calculable for our customers, we are offering various service packages. These service packages cover e.g. consumables and wear parts, all travel expenses, service on location by a specialist, ongoing maintenance of the machine, and guaranteed reaction times for all machines, components and software supplied by the manufacturer.

Further Service Options

On request we will be happy to offer you:

  • A warranty extension for your workstation for up to 3 years,
  • A suitable spare parts and service package to be stored on your location (backup kit),
  • A flat rate for consumables and wear parts, or
  • A service agreement with guaranteed reaction and repair time
